THIS IS HOW WE DO IT
Our day starts at 3am with our dedicated artisan bakers and pastry chefs working to bring you the freshest breads, pastries and bakery treats, then at 7am our cafe chefs join in serving up modern cafe meals, then at 5pm our night chefs prepare fresh, tasty and healthy Asian fusion meals. We only work with the freshest ingredients, sourced locally where possible, to ensure you experience the world's best tasting foods.
